All Phase One and Phase Two Awards are final. We have added a new “Payments” menu item on your ATE Program Portal, which lists the Phase One Categorization and Phase Two Award information for your claimants, including Injury Level, Total Points, and the Phase One and Phase Two Award Amounts (before Common Benefit, Lien and Phase Two Claim Fee deductions). If you are a law firm representing multiple claimants in this Program, you will be able to export all of this data to an Excel spreadsheet to view all of your claimants’ information at one time.
